(May 29, 2019) – Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International announced that Michael Feuerman has been awarded the prestigious SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS©. According to the organization, individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field. Feuerman serves as senior vice president of tenant brokerage and managing director of Palm Beach County for Berger Commercial, representing clients throughout the U.S. in locating and securing properties for their business operations. His commercial real estate career spans 20 years. Previously, Feuerman practiced law for six years as a business trial attorney, handling cases involving business and real estate related disputes. He holds a law degree from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Feuerman has maintained his Florida Bar license since 1993 and has also earned Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) accreditation. A native Floridian and resident of Delray Beach, Feuerman has served as a cabinet member of the business and professionals division of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, vice chair of the Broward Alliance Worldwide Business Recruitment Committee, team captain of the Broward Alliance Corporate Visitation Committee, chair of the Real Estate Developers/Home Builders Sections of the United Way of Broward County's annual fundraising campaign, and president and vice president of the University of Pennsylvania Alumni Association of the Florida Gold Coast.
