Tim Hackett Celebrates 11 Years at Berger Commercial Realty
Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International extends our sincere congratulations to Director of Property Management Tim Hackett on his 11th anniversary with our firm! Tim started with Berger Commercial as a senior property manager in 2008 and quickly ascended to the role of department director due to his leadership skills and expertise in commercial property management.
As one of the largest independently owned commercial real estate brokerages and property management firms in South Florida, Berger Commercial Realty maintains a property management portfolio of more than 7 million square feet. As Director of Property Management, Tim oversees more than a dozen property managers who handle assignments in the portfolio. He maintains strategic partnerships with clients and vendors and continues to drive new business from local property owners and national entities alike.
With more than two decades of experience in property management, Tim’s success stems from his unwavering commitment to excellence in client service and his unparalleled aptitude for project management, tenant relations and expenditure management.
