Gina Yehuda joined Berger Commercial Realty Corp. in June, 2002 as a Vice President of Property Management specializing in government contract related projects. She brings to the firm extensive lease transaction experience in analysing significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies. Through her exceptional experience and skill she develops negotiation strategies and leads negotiation teams on complex projects, procurements and contracts in challenging environments. Drafts and prepares final contract documents.
Ms. Yehuda has over twenty years experience in the real estate management field with multi-functional expertise in managing costs, meeting contract schedule as well as managing risk, performance, quality, profit project management, tenant relations and expenditure management.
Ms. Yehuda’s breadth of experience and expertise allows her to provide construction management skills to our commercial and institutional clients. Ms. Yehuda has contracted for and supervised the design and construction of tenant improvements/renovations to accommodate tenants/agencies such as the Department of Revenue, Department of Corrections, Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of Health, Army Corps of Engineers, USDA and the Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles. Ms. Yehuda’s most recent project included the construction of the new Department of Corrections’ 5,855 SF facility in Lauderdale Lakes.

Ms. Yehuda received her Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Hofstra University in New York and post grad Diploma in Paralegal Studies from New York University.
