Brian advises property owners, landlords, tenants, investors, and corporate users on office leasing, commercial acquisitions and dispositions, investment sales, and occupancy strategy across Broward and Palm Beach counties.

His background combines corporate real estate services, transaction coordination, landlord representation, tenant representation, office leasing, industrial sales, and land transactions. This experience allows him to approach assignments from both the ownership and occupancy sides of the market, helping clients evaluate alternatives, negotiate terms, position assets, and execute transactions aligned with long-term business or investment objectives.

Professional Experience

Brian joined Berger Commercial Realty in 2018 as Vice President. His practice focuses on office, industrial, and land dispositions and acquisitions, together with landlord and tenant representation assignments throughout the Broward and Palm Beach markets.

He began his real estate career in 2000 at Prudential, specializing in corporate relocations. In 2001, Brian joined CBRE’s Tenant Representation and Corporate Services team in Fort Lauderdale. During his tenure at CBRE, he was appointed transaction coordinator for the State of Florida’s southern region and was directly involved in more than 250 leasing and sales transactions valued at more than $1 billion.

Since joining Berger, Brian has focused on asset and land acquisitions and dispositions as well as landlord and tenant representation assignments involving a portfolio exceeding one million square feet.
