Professional Experience

Brian Batchelder joined Berger Commercial Realty Corp in 2018 as Vice President. He specializes in office, industrial, and land dispositions and acquisitions, along with Landlord/Tenant Representations in the Broward and Palm Beach markets. As a South Florida native, he brings 25 years of commercial real estate and a lifetime of market knowledge of the industry.

Brian began his real estate career in 2000 at Prudential where is specialized in corporate relocations. In 2001, he joined CBRE with the Tenant Representation/Corporate Services team in the Fort Lauderdale Office. During his tenure at CBRE, he was appointed the transaction coordinator for the State of Florida (southern region) where he was directly involved with over 250 leasing and sales transactions valued at over $1 billion.

Since at Berger Commercial Realty Corp, Brian’s focus has been asset/land dispositions/acquisitions along with Landlord/Tenant Representation consisting of a portfolio of over 1,000,000 square feet.
