South Florida Business Journal Ranks Berger Commercial Realty Among Top Commercial Property Management Firms

The team at Berger Commercial Realty is pleased to share that the South Florida Business Journal has ranked us among the top commercial property management firms in the tri-county area.

In the newspaper’s September 5th edition, South Florida Business Journal Research Director Gilberto Medina noted our past year’s success, saying, “Berger Commercial Realty Corp. made an impressive jump from No. 24 last year to No. 11 this year, increasing space under its management by 4,740,614 square feet.”

This increase over 2012 is due in part to our new management assignment with Seagis Property Group, a Pennsylvania-based owner of industrial real estate in South Florida.
