About the Role
Berger Commercial Realty is seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing & Administrative Assistant with strong creative design skills to support a fast-moving commercial real estate marketing and brokerage team. This role provides direct marketing and administrative support to brokers and marketing leadership, with hands-on responsibility across property marketing, social media, and day-to-day execution.
The ideal candidate understands commercial real estate terminology and brokerage workflows — including property types, leasing language, and marketing packages — and can translate technical information into clear, professional marketing materials.
We are looking for someone who brings creative visuals, strong design judgment, and a sharp eye for presentation, while also staying organized and on top of deadlines. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys producing polished marketing materials and contributing visually across all marketing channels.
What You’ll Do
Property Marketing & Design
Design, edit, and update commercial property flyers, brochures, offering memorandums, and listing materials using accurate commercial real estate terminology
• Create clean, professional layouts with strong typography, imagery, and visual consistency
• Manage updates for pricing, availability, square footage, and broker-requested revisions
• Ensure all materials align with Berger Commercial Realty branding, standards, and required disclaimers
• Keep marketing deliverables organized and on schedule
Social Media & Digital
Support and execute social media content across all platforms
• Create visually engaging posts tied to listings, transactions, team activity, and firm updates
• Schedule content, track performance, and assist with reporting
• Experiment with formats, visuals, and content styles to increase engagement
Broker & Marketing Support
Provide direct marketing and administrative support to brokers and marketing leadership
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate brokers or team members
• Assist with proposals, pitch decks, and client-facing materials
• Work closely with brokers to interpret commercial real estate information — including lease terms, property features, and market positioning — and present it clearly in marketing deliverables
• Support email campaigns from draft through deployment
• Coordinate marketing deliverables across listings and firm initiatives
Organization & Systems
Maintain organized digital files for marketing assets, templates, photos, and brand materials
• Assist with CRM updates and contact database accuracy
• Track marketing requests, deadlines, and revisions to ensure consistent execution
Additional Support
Assist with events, special projects, and firm initiatives as needed
• Support internal workflows that keep marketing operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Experience in marketing, design, communications, administrative support, or commercial real estate marketing
• Understanding of commercial real estate terminology, property marketing standards, and brokerage workflows
• Strong creative design skills with an eye for clean, modern visuals
• Comfortable using Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Commercial Real Estate Experience (Preferred)
Familiarity with office, industrial, or retail property marketing
• Experience with Buildout, CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, or similar platforms
• Exposure to commercial brokerage, commercial property management
