Gina Yehuda Celebrates 15 Years of Service

In this spirit, we are pleased to shine the spotlight on Vice President of Property Management Gina Yehuda for her 15 years of hard work and dedication to the company’s continued success.
Since joining Berger Commercial Realty in 2002, Gina has played a vital role in developing the firm’s property management team. Her impressive understanding of property management and construction enable her to expertly analyze, negotiate and manage contracts that meet legal standards and exceed client expectations. Gina sets the standard for optimizing tenant relations and increasing property value as well as managing costs, keeping up with schedules, minimizing risk, and maximizing profit for diverse and complex projects.
Furthermore, Gina’s experience in handling government contract-related projects has also made her leadership invaluable. She has managed and supervised construction and renovation projects for agencies including the Department of Revenue, the Department of Corrections, the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Department of Health, the Army Corps of Engineers, the USDA, the Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles and most recently, the Broward Sheriff’s Office.
