Berger Commercial Realty Facilitates Purchase Of 70,000 SF Building In Vista Business Park

Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International President Lloyd Berger and Broker Associate Robert Dabrowski recently represented McNab Commerce No. 1, LLC in the $8.9 million purchase of 2361 and 2365 Vista Parkway from McCraney Property Company. The 70,000-square-foot building is one of three facilities located within Vista Business Park in West Palm Beach. McNab Commerce, a longstanding partnership between commercial real estate developers Austin Forman and Jack Loos, retained Berger Commercial Realty as the exclusive leasing agent and property manager for the building.

“This was a very smooth transaction between two experienced real estate operators,” Berger said.

The firm most recently represented Forman and Loos in the $8 million sale of McNab Commercial Center to Genet Property Group in December 2016. 2361 and 2365 Vista Parkway is a multi-tenant, small bay facility that features front-load, grade-level doors and 18-foot ceilings. At the time of the sale, which was an off-market transaction, the building was 100 percent occupied. Vista Business Park is located within Vista Center, a 500-acre, master-planned business park. It offers direct access to Florida’s Turnpike and is within minutes of I-95, Palm Beach International Airport and downtown West Palm Beach.
