Berger Commercial Realty Facilitates Purchase Of 70,000 SF Building In Vista Business Park

Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International President Lloyd Berger and Broker Associate Robert Dabrowski recently represented McNab Commerce No. 1, LLC in the $8.9 million purchase of 2361 and 2365 Vista Parkway from McCraney Property Company. The 70,000-square-foot building is one of three facilities located within Vista Business Park in West Palm Beach. McNab Commerce, a longstanding partnership between commercial real estate developers Austin Forman and Jack Loos, retained Berger Commercial Realty as the exclusive leasing agent and property manager for the building.The firm most recently represented Forman and Loos in the $8 million sale of McNab Commercial Center to Genet Property Group in December 2016. 2361 and 2365 Vista Parkway is a multi-tenant, small bay facility that features front-load, grade-level doors and 18-foot ceilings. At the time of the sale, which was an off-market transaction, the building was 100 percent occupied. Vista Business Park is located within Vista Center, a 500-acre, master-planned business park. It offers direct access to Florida’s Turnpike and is within minutes of I-95, Palm Beach International Airport and downtown West Palm Beach.“This was a very smooth transaction between two experienced real estate operators,” Berger said.
