Marmia Food, LLC, a well-established food distribution business, has become the tenant in this lease agreement. The newly leased industrial property at 2525 Davie Road will serve as a robust operational hub, enabling Marmia Food, LLC to efficiently expand its distribution network and serve its growing customer base.
The tenant was represented by Parvani Commercial Group.
