Byrnes and Sales Associate John Forman recently represented landlord Riverstone Plaza, LLC in a lease renewal for the Boca Beauty Academy, tenant at the Riverstone Shoppes at 7271 N. State Rd. 7 in Parkland, Florida.
The seven and a half-year (90 month) lease includes 7,775 square feet in the 61,758 square-foot retail center.
