Berger Commercial Realty Announces New Lease Transaction in Fort Lauderdale

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (May 20, 2013) - Berger Commercial Realty, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale and serving clients around the state, announced a new lease transaction from brokers Keith Graves, St. George Guardabassi and Greg Milopolous.

 

Graves and Guardabassi represented Schaefer Industrial in a three-year lease of 8,000 square feet of warehouse space, located at 3336 SW 13th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, to SGA Holdings LLC, represented by Milopoulos.
