Cecilia Kawiorski is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with more than 20 years of distinguished experience in property management, operations, and strategic asset oversight. Since joining Berger Commercial Realty Corp. in August 2017, she has leveraged deep expertise in lease administration, financial reviews and audits, risk mitigation, and infrastructure asset management to deliver operational excellence and maximize portfolio performance for institutional and private clients.
Her comprehensive background encompasses the full spectrum of commercial real estate operations, including brand management, large-scale redevelopment initiatives, business operations, human resources, and accounting. Prior to Berger Commercial, Ms. Kawiorski held key roles with premier developer-owners, including General Growth Properties (now Brookfield Properties), a leading real estate investment trust (REIT), and Ivanhoe Cambridge. This foundation has equipped her with an unparalleled ability to integrate operational efficiency, financial rigor, and regulatory compliance across complex, multi-jurisdictional portfolios.
