Steve Hyatt of Berger Commercial Realty Negotiates Sale of Fort Lauderdale Prime Downtown Parcel for $1.9 Million

CBSA Law Plaza Vacant Lot

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Senior Vice President Steve Hyatt of Berger Commercial Realty, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale, announced the sale of a prime downtown Fort Lauderdale parcel for $1.925 million.

Hyatt represented CBSA Law Plaza, LLC in selling the .87-acre parking lot to the AIDS Healthcare Foundation. Located at 409 S.E. 8th St., the parking lot is adjacent to a four-story office building that was purchased for $4.9 million from CBSA Law Plaza in 2013 by AIDS Healthcare Foundation subsidiary AHF MCO of Florida. The land will be used for overflow parking and held for future development.

This is the fourth transaction Hyatt has completed in the past two years with the
AIDS Healthcare Foundation, the largest provider of HIV/AIDS medical care in the United States. The Los Angeles-based non-profit organization provides global medical care and support to more than 350,000 patients in 36 countries.
