He is also an active boater and advocate for boating in South Florida.

1600 southeast 17th Street: Leasing agent. Sold this property and three adjoining sites and maintained lease assignment with new owner, Resolve Marine Group
3705 West Commercial Boulevard. Received listing assignment to sell of the 6 parcel property. Sold this site in 5 separate transactions over an 18 month period for Grimme Holdings

Mr. Guardabassi received a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University
in Fort Worth, Texas, with a major in political science and a minor in marketing.
