Fort Lauderdale, FL– 5 September 2007 — Berger Commercial Realty Corp.’s President, Lloyd C. Berger recently negotiated the $36.1 million sale of Flamingo Park of Commerce a 264,000 square foot property located at 11820-13000 Miramar Parkway, Miramar, FL.

Berger represented the seller, National Constructors in the sale to Seagis Property Group. BCRC leased and managed the property for the seller and was retained by Seagis. The seller retained building six of the park. National developed the property over the last six years.
