Berger Commercial Realty Expands Into Miami-Dade County

Fort Lauderdale,FL- Berger Commercial Realty has been retained by Seagis Property Group LP to manage 15 of its buildings in Miami-Dade County. The properties, zoned industrial-flex and totaling two million square feet, are located from North Dade to Kendall.

The deal is an extension of an existing alliance, with Berger currently providing management and leasing services for Seagis properties in Broward County. Seagis also owns logistically-driven properties in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
