Berger Commercial Realty Corp. Receives Award As Top Broward Leasing Firm

Vice President Judith Dolan Also Receives Honor as Top Industrial Leasing Broker

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Berger Commercial Realty Corp., a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale and serving clients around the state, announced it has earned a 2009 CoStar Power Broker award as a Top Leasing Firm in Broward County. This is the firm’s third year receiving the award.

Additionally, Vice President Judith A. Dolan has been awarded a 2009 CoStar Power Broker Award as Top Industrial Leasing Broker for the South Florida market. This is her third year receiving the award. Dolan currently represents owners for over one million square feet of office, flex and warehouse properties.

CoStar measure 2009 performance against all the commercial real estate brokers active in the South Florida region. Rankings were based on overall industrial leasing transaction volume for 2009 as reported to CoStar. Dolan’s noteworthy assignments include serving as leasing representative for Palm Crossing, a 187,000-square-foot flex project in the Fort Lauderdale Commerce Center; Flamingo Park of Commerce, a 267,000-square-foot flex project in Miramar; Regions Bank Building in North Miami Beach, a 110,000-square-foot mixed use office/retail property; and Pompano Citi Centre.

Dolan, who has been with Berger Commercial Realty Corp. for three years, has 12 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and also is a licensed attorney with expertise in real estate transactions.
