Berger Commercial Realty Corp. Announces $2.8 Million Sale
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Berger Commercial Realty Corp., a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and serving clients around the state, announced a newly closed deal from broker Reese Stigliano, SIOR.
Stigliano represented CIG International, LLC, a subsidiary of CapitalSource Bank, in the sale of 53 acres of land known as Bonita Grand Estates for $2.8 million to investor Stefan Hoyer of Hoyer Homes, LLC.
Located at SW 208 St. and 134 Ave. in Miami, the land consists of 92 single family home lots started in 2005 and subsequently abandoned by the original developer.
