John Bibish Joins Berger Commercial Realty Corp.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – John E. Bibish IV has joined Berger Commercial Realty Corp., as a Sales Associate.

Prior to joining BCRC, Mr. Bibish worked as an attorney for some of South Florida’s largest law firms where his focus was on representing clients, ranging from publicly traded companies to blue chip developers to investor groups and even not for profit corporations, in commercial real estate matters. 

Mr. Bibish’s professional/legal experience specifically includes acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing (office/warehouse/retail/restaurant), condominium development and sales, and litigation in matters ranging from insurance disputes for property damage to foreclosure defense.
