Berger Commercial Realty Corp. Announces Two New Hires
Alisha Eutsey has more than 10 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Berger Commercial, she was with Pompano Beach, Fla.-based CB Richard Ellis, Inc. Eutsey will be responsible for managing more than 650,000 square feet of commercial property, including preparing monthly reporting packages, rent collection, and vendor contract negotiations.
She attended Clark Atlanta University and is a resident of Coconut Creek, Fla.
Greg Milopoulos has more than four years of real estate experience. Previously, he served as a superintendent for Built By Owner, Inc. At Berger Commercial, Milopoulos will be handling the industrial and office sectors, including medical leasing and buying and selling of space.
He is a licensed real estate broker, licensed general contractor, and licensed mortgage broker. Milopoulos is a resident of Southwest Ranches, Fla.
