Berger Commercial Realty Brokers $1 Million Sale of Lauderdale Harbors Shopping Center
Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International Senior Vice President Steve Hyatt recently represented Carbogen Corporation in the $1 million sale of Lauderdale Harbors Shopping Center to Ananda SE 17th, LLC. The two-story, 5,640-square-foot retail building is located at 1051-1057 S.E. 17th Street in Fort Lauderdale.
“The buyer liked the property due to its location along the upscale 17th Street corridor and its proximity to the beach, airport and Port Everglades,” Hyatt said. “The new owner intends to renovate the building and lease it to multiple tenants.”
Ananda SE 17th, LLC plans to paint the entire exterior of the building and install floor-to-ceiling impact windows and doors and new outdoor LED lights and gutters.
The building features three storefront retail bays on the first floor and walk-up professional offices on the second floor. Signage opportunities are available on the front façade.
