Berger Commercial Realty Announces $1.4 Million Sale
Fort Lauderdale, FL – July 15, 2009- Berger Commercial Realty Corp. announces the $1,400,000 sale of a 2.25 Acre tract of Light Industrial Zoned land located at 9641 West Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida.
The buyer was Blue Bell Creameries, LP, a Delaware Limited Partnership and was represented by William Mankin of Colliers – Arnold of Fort Meyers, FL.
The Seller was West Atlantic Property Associates, LLC, A Florida Limited Liability Corporation and was represented by Gordon Lunt of Berger Commercial Realty Corp. of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Blue Bell Creameries intends to develop a new office/distribution facility at the location to serve the local market area. The deal closed on June 29, 2009.
